02/08: MEDICAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AWARDS ACCOUNT TO AD GROUP
Menifee, CA - Medical Real Estate Development, today announced the appointment of the Ad Group of Murrieta as their Advertising and PR Agency of record. Medical Real Estate Development creates Medical Office Condos for sale or lease for health care professionals. They have completed 16 medical facilities with three more in progress for a total of just under one million square feet.
Medical Real Estate Development has recently acquired 10 acres of land on Stetson Ave in Hemet near the Super Wal-Mart. The planned project is the Hemet Center for Medical Excellence. It is an eight building campus style complex that includes over 120,000 square feet of class A medical office space and will house a variety of doctors and other medical service providers.
Ad Group will assist in the marketing and advertising plans for this new project. “Logo ideas and other samples have been submitted for approval and will be ready for the ground breaking ceremony scheduled mid-April,” said John Roberts, Sr. V.P. of the Ad Group.
